There are no words.  The world lost a great musician today.  Way too fucking soon in his life too.  Even people that don't listen to metal listen to Slayer.  I'm not sure any band had as big an impact on the metal and rock world, and Jeff's shredding was at the center of such revolutionary sounds.  Fuck the "National Day of Reason", today should become International Slayer Day to commemorate such a legend.

Thank you Jeff Hanneman for all you gave us, you will live on in your music.

Oh it certainly does :) I'm very glad to see journals like that. And having just listened to that TTA episode, I'm glad to see Grief Beyond Belief getting some love :)

As am I! I just recently found it through the video and was stunned I had never heard of it. Very great organization, amazing how it's not famed as I expected. ^^'

Do you have a lot of them around there? Sadly around where I am now they're not as easy to find as they should be. Wetlands have been drained, and climate change has shifted seasonal weather by weeks meaning breeding windows close or they're caught in a unusual freeze. I've always had a soft spot for frogs, but given all their hardships (fungus, pesticides, habitat destruction, climate change, etc) leading to some of the greatest rates of endangerment and extinction, I think they've become even more of a little obsession of mine.
